Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our on-site and project execution team. The ideal candidate must be PEC-registered, proactive, and capable of managing construction activities efficiently. The role involves project planning, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage ongoing construction projects on-site.
  • Review architectural and structural drawings and ensure their accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
  • Monitor project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance at all project stages.
  • Resolve technical issues and suggest practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Assist in procurement planning and quantity estimation.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
  • Proven experience in civil construction projects (residential/commercial preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction project software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Terms of Employment:
  • Probation Period: 3 months (performance to be reviewed at completion).
  • Salary Package: [To be discussed depending on experience].
  • Joining: Immediate availability preferred.
