The ideal candidate will be comfortable with creating an engineering plan for land development based on their calculations and research. They should have experience with AutoCAD and strong design skills to create visual aids. The candidate should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills to execute projects according to outlined criteria. This is a Faisalabad-based job.

Responsibilities

  • Design and plan civil engineering projects, such as roads, bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers for project execution.
  • Perform site analysis, soil studies, environmental impact assessments, and risk evaluations.
  • Develop project specifications, construction schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with plans, safety, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure construction materials meet standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare reports for clients and regulators.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2-3 years of civil engineering experience in land development and land use permitting
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills
