Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-sales Representative located in Islamabad. The Tele-sales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our services. Daily tasks include providing product information, addressing customer queries, closing sales, and maintaining customer records. The representative will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on our products and services, ensuring top-notch customer support and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and handling customer queries
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals over the phone
  • Ability to participate in training sessions and apply learned knowledge effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
  • Experience in the financial or technology industry is advantageous
