Job Description:

Million Bits Technologies is looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder with 6 months to 1 year of experience in bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through effective proposal writing, communication, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create, customize, and submit compelling proposals on Upwork.
  2. Identify and engage potential clients, ensuring a high response rate.
  3. Maintain consistent communication with clients to convert leads into projects.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  5. Achieve monthly targets for proposals and project acquisitions.
Requirements:
  1. 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as an Upwork bidder.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Understanding of freelance platforms, bidding processes, and client requirements.
  4. Ability to draft professional proposals tailored to clients' needs.
  5. Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
What We Offer:
  1. Base Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 PKR (depending on experience).
  2. Incentives: Performance-based bonuses on successful projects.
