Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and motivated Cold Callers / CSRs to join our growing digital marketing agency. The selected candidates will be responsible for reaching out to US-based businesses and pitching our digital marketing services, including web development, SEO, GMB optimization, social media marketing, and more.

This is a performance-driven role, ideal for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses.
  • Pitch digital marketing services professionally and confidently.
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments or live transfers to our sales team.
  • Follow scripts and strategies to improve conversions.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM tools.
  • Meet daily/weekly KPIs and performance goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of cold calling / telesales / BPO experience (preferably US campaigns).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work night shift (US business hours).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
