We are seeking a highly skilled AWS AI Engineer to join our advanced cloud and AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and fine-tuning large-scale AI models, designing agent-based systems, and integrating AWS-native services for scalable and reliable AI-powered solutions.

Experience Required: 4+ years

Location: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad (Hybrid)

Timings: 02pm to 11pm PKT (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and fine-tune foundation and domain-specific models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral) using industry-standard frameworks.
  • Optimize model performance for accuracy, latency, and cost-efficiency.
  • Apply techniques to mitigate AI hallucinations and ensure model trustworthiness.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and knowledge graphs to enhance contextual accuracy. Cloud-Based AI Services (AWS & OpenAI)
  • Utilize services like AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, Amazon Kendra, OpenAI APIs, for AI model training, deployment, and inferencing.
  • Leverage Amazon Athena, Redshift, Glue, and OpenSearch for scalable data ingestion and processing. Multi-Agent System Design
  • Design and implement multi-agent workflows using Lang Chain, LangGraph, Crew AI, AutoGen, and OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Manage agent memory, tool usage, and coordination to orchestrate complex workflows. Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Agent Frameworks
  • Develop agent frameworks incorporating planning, retries, reasoning, orchestration, and observability.
  • Implement MCP-based context sharing between agents and external systems (e.g., SQL, file systems, APIs). Multimodal AI & System Integration
  • Work with multimodal AI models for text, image, audio, OCR, and structured data using technologies like, Whisper, TTS/STT (Nova Sonic).
  • Expose AI capabilities through RESTful and GraphQL APIs and integrate with microservices architectures. Prompt Engineering & Continuous Innovation
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to refine model output and behavior.
  • Stay up to date on AI/ML advancements and proactively introduce emerging technologies and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, or Keras.
  • Proven experience with AWS AI & data services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Rekognition, Athena, Redshift, Glue, OpenSearch).
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, RNNs, CNNs, and associated training/fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience with Lang Chain, LangGraph, Crew AI, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of vector search engines (pgvector, Pinecone, FAISS).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
