We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in the Azure ecosystem (Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse), along with hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks). The role requires solid knowledge of Python, ML/DL frameworks, and modern orchestration tools to build scalable AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

This position is ideal for a driven engineer passionate about building AI-powered systems, scalable data platforms, and impactful ML/GenAI products.

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML/GenAI workflows on Azure Databricks and broader Azure cloud ecosystem (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse).
  • Apply Generative AI techniques including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks.
  • Build intelligent agent workflows using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and ADK (Agent Development Kit).
  • Implement advanced orchestration and observability pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and related frameworks.
  • Leverage Python, NumPy, Pandas, and ML libraries for data engineering, analysis, and model training.
  • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), feature engineering, time-series forecasting, and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).
  • Develop, train, and optimize ML models (regression, classification, forecasting) and deep learning models with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Deploy models into production with MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GPU-enabled workflows.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
  • Follow best practices in clean code, software design patterns, and OOP principles for scalable solutions.
  • Optimize performance, address bottlenecks, and ensure security best practices when handling sensitive data.
  • Use Git/version control for collaboration and maintain strong documentation.
  • Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure reliability of deployed solutions.

What You Know
  • 4+ experience with Azure Databricks and broader Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse).
  • Hands-on with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks, tool use).
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and ADK (Agent Development Kit).
  • Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith for orchestration and observability.
  • Strong Python programming skills with NumPy, Pandas, ML libraries.
  • Experience in EDA, feature engineering, forecasting, NAS.
  • Good knowledge of ML model development and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model serving, and GPU-enabled workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
