Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Karachi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, understanding customer needs, recommending travel packages, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include promoting our travel and tour packages, maintaining customer relationships, negotiating deals with suppliers, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and staying updated with the latest travel trends and offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate travel packages.
  • Promote travel and tour packages and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Negotiate deals with suppliers and close sales to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to understand and recommend travel packages
  • Good negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
