What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain production-ready Flutter apps, leveraging BLoC and Provider for state management.
  • Use your React Native experience to inform hybrid-app decisions and integrations.
  • Apply SOLID principles and CLEAN architecture to keep codebases scalable and maintainable.
  • Write unit, widget, and end-to-end tests to ensure robustness.
  • Profile and optimize app performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Collaborate in an agile team: sprint planning, code reviews, and pair programming.
  • Mentor peers and present technical insights to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of Flutter development experience, plus hands-on React Native exposure.
  • Proven expertise with BLoC and Provider state management.
  • Strong command of Dart and familiarity with Swift/Kotlin or Java.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and best architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Comfortable working on-site and able to commute to our Lahore office daily.
