Manager HR - Talent Acquisition | MBA in HR

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze backend consumer datasets from Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Magento, Shopify, GA4, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Map and align KPIs and consumer attributes from frontend applications to backend databases or APIs.
  • Apply business rules to raw consumer data to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
  • Understand and work with the underlying data models of CRM, e-commerce, and analytics platforms.
  • Manipulate and transform backend data for reporting, segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and consumer behavior analytics.
  • Understand existing customizations within these tools and evaluate their impact on consumer data.
  • Design and develop analytical dashboards and detailed consumer reports for business teams and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Data Engineering) to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on best practices in consumer data analytics, privacy compliance, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years prior experience working with consumer data in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in SQL or similar querying languages for data manipulation (basic level).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud backend datasets and reporting.
  • Solid functional knowledge of Magento and Shopify consumer data models.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics — data extraction, consumer segmentation, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in backend data handling, manipulation, and business rule application on large consumer datasets.
  • Ability to understand and work with customized environments and data extensions in Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in designing and building consumer-focused reports, KPIs dashboards, and behavior analytics.
  • Strong understanding of consumer journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with prior experience in customer-facing roles and delivering presentations to business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with retail and/or supply chain business models and consumer behavior trends is highly preferred.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics are a plus.
