Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience in Tax (EMEA, US Domestic, or SALT) and knowledge of account reconciliation processes.
  • Experience with SAP, Onesource, Alteryx, or similar compliance tools for filing returns.
  • Experience working in teams of 10+ and handling special tax projects is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of US Federal tax forms (1120/1065/1040) and related forms (5471/8858/8865).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file US Tax Forms (Federal and SALT).
  • Review Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations and manage month-end postings.
  • Ensure the financial integrity of account balances in SAP versus tax documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, business controllers, tax analysts, and other stakeholders for account reconciliations.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports related to tax activities.

Additional Duties:

  • Ensure timely delivery of tax forms and compliance with SOX policies.
  • Prepare US Property Tax forms and US Tax exemption certificates.
  • Assist with quarterly activities, estimates, and extension filings.
  • Use SAP macros to generate reports.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Support onshore teams on GL and tax compliance.
  • Participate in business meetings and resolve issues proactively.
  • Respond promptly to management queries.

Operational Controls:

  • Implement proactive controls and adhere to internal policies and SOX compliance.
  • Maintain documentation and support GL reconciliations.
