Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to promote pharmaceutical products and services effectively.
  • Identify prospective clients and engage them in discussions to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage client information, and report on sales metrics.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits and applications of pharmaceutical products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable sales agreements while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to position the company's offerings effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients to continually improve services and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote products and network within the healthcare community.
  • Provide exemplary client care by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
