Responsibilities- Receives data from supervisors for preparation and entry into the data processing system.
- Enters data to update M&E reports and standards promulgated by the organization.
- Receives and responds to data inquiries in compliance with standards.
- Access files through knowledge of computer terminal and manual file system.
- Processes available data to compile different reports for other programs.
- Updates and enters data into the data processing system and prints copies for the Supervisors and GM to review.
- Performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provides a variety of clerical and administrative support for other programs as necessary.
- Performs quality control checks on information data and removes erroneous information in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs special assignments as necessary.
- Works for the promotion of HANDS vision and mission.
- Proficient in data processing and management.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control.
- Ability to respond to data inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with computer terminal and manual file systems.
- Ability to compile and generate reports.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
- Commitment to the mission and vision of HANDS.
