Marketing Assistant - REMOTE / Work From Home

We are looking for an energetic Marketing/Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our real estate company in its primary and administrative duties. The job is fully online supporting our US office and contract for 4 months with possibility of extension further.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and design company website.
  2. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
  3. Support executives in organizing various projects.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
  5. Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.).
  6. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
  7. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
  8. Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
  9. Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts.
  10. Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market.
  11. Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Job Specification

Requirements and skills

  1. Good understanding of digital space including website design, promotions and digital marketing trends.
  2. Fluent English speaking skills as the company is based in the US.
  3. Proven experience as a marketing or administrative assistant.
  4. Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
  5. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  6. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
  7. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
  8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
  9. Exquisite communication and people skills.
  10. High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
