Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our marketing and export team. The role involves assisting senior merchandisers in managing client orders, coordinating between departments, and supporting the smooth execution of sampling and production follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in communication with international buyers regarding product development and order updates


• Prepare and update order sheets, sampling status, and delivery schedules


• Coordinate with the production and quality departments for timely execution of orders


• Help manage packing instructions, trims, and accessories as per client requirements


• Follow up with vendors and internal departments for smooth production flow


• Maintain accurate data records of product specifications and approvals


• Support merchandising presentations and documentation for clients

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Marketing, or Business


• 2-5 years of experience in merchandising or a relevant field .


• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)


• Basic knowledge of textile products and production processes


• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
