Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and drive the acquisition of new global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-potential prospects who can benefit from outsourcing their workforce to Nodeus. This role plays a critical part in expanding our client base and increasing brand presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in key global markets who can benefit from offshoring and outsourcing services.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other digital channels.
- Understanding prospect's outsourcing needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to hand off qualified leads for conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in CRM systems.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B and outsourcing/offshoring sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- Global market exposure or experience working with international clients is a plus.
- Excellent English skills (both written and verbal).
