We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business by onboarding owner-operators and small trucking fleets, showcasing the benefits of our services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients
  • Reach out via calls, emails, and social media
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations tailored to each client's needs
  • Close deals and guide clients through the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads consistently
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service transition

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Comfortable with cold outreach and using CRM tools

Understanding of the trucking and logistics industry is a major plus
