Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve monthly sales targets as agreed.
  2. Possess 4 to 5 years of experience in a consultancy firm, with expertise in creating industry-specific content.
  3. Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing communication campaigns.
  4. Build relationships with educational institutions like schools and academies in Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi.
  5. Explain pricing and negotiate terms with clients.
  6. Present services clearly to potential clients.
  7. Communicate university and college requirements to students.
  8. Convert leads and complete administrative documentation.
  9. Assist students with documentation and standardized test registrations (SAT, IELTS).
  10. Identify events to showcase offerings and increase market reach.
  11. Respond to client queries on behalf of the firm.
  12. Assist in student recruitment for Kestrel Education's programs as needed.
  13. Document meetings with clear interaction chains and statuses.
  14. Be knowledgeable about all services offered by Kestrel Education for client guidance.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles.
  2. Familiarity with marketing and sales platforms and protocols.
  3. Experience with social media and traditional media advertising.
  4. Strong teamwork skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  9. Strong ethics and reliability.
  10. Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
