Opening: Senior Accounts Manager

Job Description:

Applicants should ideally be CA qualified with at least 4 years of practice experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years of industry experience at management level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, including matching, coding, and processing invoices.
  • Ensuring debtor balances are within target, reconciling customer accounts, and AR balances to control accounts.
  • Resolving customer/supplier queries, managing staff expenses, and ensuring policy adherence.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements, processing BACS payments, distributing remittance advices, and daily bank reconciliations.
  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including management accounts and balance sheet reviews.
  • Implementing accounting systems, training staff, assisting with external reporting, and identifying process improvements.

Candidate profile:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 4-5 years' experience.
  • Ability to support clients independently.
  • Experience with accounting system implementation.
  • Strong financial and management accounting skills.
  • Advanced IT and Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with good self-management and prioritization skills.

Additional details:

  • Experience: 5+ years.
  • Work Timings: 1 pm to 9 pm (UK 9 am - 5 pm).
  • Work Days: Monday - Friday.
  • Location: Lahore - Onsite.
  • Salary: Market Competitive.
