About the role?

Conrad Labs is seeking an experienced and driven Content Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the brand and growth trajectory of a dynamic and innovative company. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand, drives inbound leads, and supports new product launches.

What will you do?
  1. Overhaul the existing website to align with the latest company direction, OKRs, and messaging.
  2. Optimize website performance to achieve top-quartile page speed rankings.
  3. Analyze website traffic, measure inbound inquiries, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates by 50%.
  4. Product Launch Marketing:
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content and go-to-market strategies for new product and service launches.
  6. Execute impactful product marketing campaigns that drive adoption and generate excitement.
  7. Brand Building & Management:
  8. Define and champion the overall Conrad Labs brand identity and messaging.
  9. Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and internal communications.
  10. Create and update a wide range of marketing collateral, including:
  11. Corporate overview presentations
  12. Technical whitepapers
  13. Technical Content Leadership:
  14. Foster a culture of technical writing within the organization.
  15. Collaborate with the engineering team to produce high-quality technical content (e.g., blog posts, articles, white papers) that showcases Conrad Labs' expertise.
  16. Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  17. Develop a content calendar with clear objectives and KPIs.
  18. Establish a consistent posting cadence (e.g., weekly) to maintain an active social media presence.
Your Skillset
  1. 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, within the technology or software services industry.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  5. Experience managing website development projects and optimizing website performance.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance.
  7. Experience working with and managing external agencies and vendors.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
