We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Call Center Agents. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.

Provide detailed and accurate information about our products/services.

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

Ability to work night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM).
