Job SpecificationKey Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to confidently engage in customer interactions
  • Freshers with strong English communication are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in telesales and B2C/B2B sales is a plus
  • Must be based in Lahore or willing to relocate
