Allure Digital is a US based IT firm with it branch office in Islamabad. We work on a number of in-bound customer support projects. Currently, we are hiring Customer Support Representative for multiple positions.

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Support.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to commute to Phase-4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.

Applicants must be willing to work in morning, evening or night shifts and must be able to commute to Bahria Town, Phase-4, Rawalpindi
