Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The main purpose of this position is to support DLM IT and Infrastructure Audit in performing risk management, internal controls, and governance of Information Technology systems and business applications. The incumbent is responsible for supporting senior management in developing, managing, and executing the audit plan using a risk-based approach, including identifying risks and controls.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in developing the annual internal audit plan for review and approval by the Chief Internal Auditor and Audit Committee.
  2. Support in developing internal audit and assurance assignments related to IT systems and infrastructure.
  3. Assist the GM IT Audit and Technical Operations in implementing the IT audit framework, standard templates, and checklists in accordance with the approved audit plan.
  4. Provide guidance to business and IT management on IT risk management, especially concerning applications and infrastructure security.
  5. Support the development and maintenance of IT Risk Assessments at the company level, identifying areas for additional investment by business units.
  6. Manage the audit team in conducting IT audits covering system applications and IT processes.
  7. Prepare audit reports for senior executives and the Audit Committee.
  8. Oversee IT security audits, including evaluations of vulnerabilities in networks, operating systems, and data centers. Coordinate these reviews with business units and external security experts.
  9. Assist in preparing presentations for the Audit Committee regarding internal audit reports and projections.
  10. Review IT management policies and procedures, such as change management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information security, to ensure controls are adequate.
  11. Develop a detailed understanding of the activities under audit, including IT risks and controls, and develop corresponding audit work programs.
  12. Assess IT risks and internal control weaknesses; advise on best practices for IT and business processes.
  13. Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the company's Code of Conduct.
  14. Undertake other assignments as instructed by senior management.
  15. Identify risks in internal audit observations and communicate them to management for risk mitigation.
