Job Descriptions:
We are seeking an experienced Talend Developer with strong expertise in API integration and orchestration using Talend ESB or Talend Data Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing REST and SOAP API integrations, especially in environments with complex systems such as core banking, digital wallets, or financial service platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement API-based integrations using Talend (ESB/Data Services).

• Develop, configure, and deploy REST/SOAP web services.

• Integrate with third-party systems (payment gateways, banking platforms, KYC/AML providers, etc.).

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements.

• Ensure secure data exchange, proper authentication (OAuth2, Basic Auth, etc.), and data mapping.

• Handle exception management, logging, and monitoring of integrations.

• Support the deployment and lifecycle management of APIs in QA and production environments.

Preferred Domain Experience:

• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services integrations (e.g., Core Banking, Payment Systems, Digital Channels).

• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 20022, SWIFT, Open Banking APIs, or Mobile Money APIs.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Talend ESB, Talend Data Services, or Talend Studio for API Services.

• Strong knowledge of API development, integration patterns, and web service protocols (REST, SOAP).

• Proficient in JSON, XML, and API schema definitions (WSDL, OpenAPI/Swagger).

• Experience with API security mechanisms (SSL, OAuth2, API keys).

• Strong understanding of message transformation and routing (e.g., tXMLMap, tRESTClient, tSOAP).

• Familiarity with integration architecture, microservices, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools for API deployment and versioning.
  Solid debugging and performance tuning experience.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to API Gateways (WSO2 API Gateway).

• Understanding of event-driven architectures.

• Knowledge of banking protocols

Experience: 3+ years
Work timing: 9 am - 5 pm (Monday to Friday)
Work Mode: Onsite, Islamabad
