We are looking for an outstanding User Interface / Experience Designer to join our project team. The ideal candidate is a brilliant problem solver and excellent communicator who possesses a passion for great user experience and the ability to achieve it. The candidate must have demonstrative creative skills as well as usability experience in developing desktop as well as mobile applications. Must be fully accustomed and aware of the common industry norms and guidelines in developing applications for mobile as well as web.

We want a talented UI/UX Designer to help us continuously innovate and revamp our products to keep us at the top of the market.

Job Specification

Work closely with a cross-functional team that includes project manager to quickly deliver application user interface design.
Brainstorm, research, wire-frame, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines.
Deliverables include interactive designs created with Photoshop or Illustrator and flow diagrams with notes.
Strong knowledge of developing clean Photoshop designs as well as Illustrator.
Exceptional user interface and experience design skills and an understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principles, as well as an eye for subtle detail.
The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.
Candidate must flourish in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success among this company of talented individuals. Should be able to communicate confidently with an offshore team based in the UK.
