Job Title: Innovation & Systems Lead

Job Summary:

We, at Intersys Ltd, are seeking a forward-thinking Innovation & Systems Lead (or Solution Architect) to drive internal process effectiveness by identifying, designing, and implementing technology-driven solutions. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes innovation, is tech-savvy, understands systems and integrations (like APIs, SAP, and plugins), and is always on the lookout for smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to operate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current internal systems, workflows, and tools to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions using modern technologies, tools, plugins, APIs, and ERP systems like SAP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple departments to understand process pain points and create tech-driven solutions.
  • Lead the integration of new tools and systems that enhance performance, reporting, automation, or collaboration.
  • Act as a bridge between the tech team and operations to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in automation, AI, digital tools, and system architecture.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide documentation, training, and support for new systems and processes.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics post-implementation and refine solutions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a similar role such as Solution Architect, Systems Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or Innovation Lead.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, plugins, ERP systems (like SAP), and integration best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and implement technology-based solutions.
  • Experience with automation tools, data visualization platforms, and system optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and technology.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  • Experience with process automation (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in Solution Architecture, Innovation, or Project Management.
