About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Lead to oversee our content team and drive the creation of high-quality, engaging, and creative content. The role involves crafting compelling ad copies, scripts, product descriptions, emails, and marketing materials, requiring a blend of creative writing, team management, and efficient task handling.

You will ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, meets business objectives, and resonates with our target audience, working closely with the content team to guide, review, and support their work.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct team meetings for brainstorming, progress review, and feedback.
Content Creation
  • Oversee the creation of ad copies, scripts, descriptions, and marketing content.
  • Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and audience-specific.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for cohesive campaigns.
Creative Strategy
  • Develop content strategies aligned with business goals to drive engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas.
  • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
Quality Control
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Maintain high standards for grammar, tone, and style.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with clients or stakeholders to understand needs and deliver exceeding content.
