Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and arrange reports for submission to SBP and other regulatory authorities within prescribed timelines.
  • Prepare and submit the Bi-weekly Statement of Affairs, CRR & SLR on a fortnightly basis to SBP.
  • Prepare and submit Reporting Charts of Accounts (RCOA) on a quarterly basis to SBP.
  • Prepare and submit the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) return on a quarterly/annual basis to SBP.
  • Prepare and submit the Statement of Flow of Funds on a monthly basis to SBP.
  • Prepare and submit the Return of Information on Key Indicators & Cash by Denomination on a monthly basis to SBP.
  • Prepare and submit the Half-Yearly Branch-wise Assets & Liabilities Report to SBP.
  • Respond to any other information requests made by the SBP.
  • Identify, develop, and continuously improve processes to ensure overall efficiency in SBP/miscellaneous reporting.
  • Coordinate with the IT, Banking Systems Application Team, and other stakeholders to ensure proper parameterization for accurate data availability for SBP reporting.
  • Coordinate with relevant IT desks for data extraction where reports are not available through front-end systems.
  • Prepare and arrange regulatory/miscellaneous reports, ensuring they reflect the latest data provided.
  • Arrange and process miscellaneous reports requested by other departments at the corporate office.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required reports as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal/external audit teams and SBP inspection teams, and support timely resolution of audit/inspection findings.
  • Provide feedback and highlight gaps in existing processes.
  • Complete any additional relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or an equivalent finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA Finalist, CMA).
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in the microfinance or banking industry, with a mandatory background in regulatory reporting.
