Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller & Lead Scraper to join our growing team at Brixen Technologies. This dual-role position is critical to our outreach efforts—responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and nurturing them into qualified leads. If you're skilled in persuasive communication and digital prospecting, we want to hear from you.
Shift Timings: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Lead Scraping
- Research and extract high-quality leads from Bark, online directories, social platforms, business listings, and industry databases.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar to find targeted leads.
- Verify contact details (emails, phone numbers, etc.) and compile well-organized lead sheets.
- Continuously refine and segment leads based on industry, company size, and potential.
Cold Calling
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from sourced lead lists.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our software solutions.
- Handle objections, generate interest, and schedule follow-up meetings for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly.
