We are looking for a talented Front Sales Specialist with exceptional client-facing skills, who can blend technical knowledge with sales expertise to drive results and foster long-term relationships.
Position Overview:
As a Front Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, focusing on selling Nexoverse's services, including AI, mobile/web app development, cloud solutions, and machine learning. The role involves managing both inbound leads and outbound prospecting, engaging clients to understand their needs, and crafting tailored solutions. You'll play a key role in building our client base, driving upsells, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process by engaging potential clients, identifying their needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
2-Lead Management: Handle inbound inquiries effectively while proactively reaching out to outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
3-Client Engagement: Conduct impactful online and onsite meetings to build rapport with clients, understand their challenges, and align their needs with our offerings.
4-Proposal Development: Craft compelling, tailored proposals that address client-specific pain points. Work with the technical team to address complex technical inquiries.
Qualification Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales or technology are a plus.
Experience:
1-Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in mobile/web development and AI or technical services.
2-Strong track record of managing inbound and outbound leads, closing sales, and upselling services.
Skills:
1-Cold calling expert
2-To sell AI solutions
3-Solid understanding of mobile/web app development, AI, cloud technologies, and related tech stacks.
4-Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
5-Strong proposal development skills and the ability to independently present tailored solutions.
