We are hiring experienced sales & business development professionals who are based in Lahore and can work in a fixed evening shift (7 PM to 12 AM Pakistan Standard Time).

About The Project:
You'll be working with The Boxology, a premium packaging manufacturer with official operations registered in the USA and UK. We serve businesses worldwide in industries like restaurants, fashion, e-commerce, bakeries, beauty, and more with high-quality, custom packaging solutions.

Role & Responsibilities (Evening Shift – 7 PM to 12 AM):
Update your LinkedIn with your new role (we'll help you with this).

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with international leads.

Post 1 article or post daily on LinkedIn and company platforms.

Send 10-15 cold DMs to decision-makers (we provide templates).

Add 5 relevant professionals daily from industries we serve.

Find 30–40 new leads daily via Google and send cold emails.

Assist with client queries, share quotes, and close deals with support from our team.

Daily progress reporting via shared sheets.

Tools & Setup:
LinkedIn & professional Gmail required.

We'll provide access to tools like Canva, business email, international number, cold email software, etc.

Real-time support during meetings (if needed).

Payment & Growth Path:
Commission-based: Earn 20–25% of net profit per confirmed order.

Bonuses for high-ticket conversions and scheduling meetings.

Permanent position after 5 confirmed orders with a monthly salary of PKR20,000–PKR 60,000 based on performance.

Example:
Packaging order = $2,000
Cost = $800 → Net Profit = $1,200
Your 25% = $300 in earnings

Requirements:
Must be Lahore-based

Must be available from 7 PM to 12 AM PST

Experience in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition is required

Must be comfortable with remote tools & communication (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)

Fluent in written and spoken English
