We're Hiring: Remote Bidding & Sales Assistant

Work Type: Fully Remote - Classic Programmers

About the Role

We're seeking a tech-savvy individual skilled in writing proposals, following up on leads, and managing client communications professionally.

You will work on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, handling email responses, inbound leads, and basic sales conversations.

If you have excellent English skills, some sales experience, and a background in tech or digital services, this remote role could be ideal for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing tailored bids and proposals on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer
  • Responding to and following up on emails with potential clients
  • Tracking proposals and identifying follow-up needs
  • Assisting with cold and warm email marketing replies
  • Coordinating with the delivery team after lead conversion
  • Maintaining a simple CRM or tracker

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent English writing skills (grammar, tone, clarity)
  • Basic understanding of tech/digital services
  • Experience in sales, bidding, or client communication is advantageous
  • Ability to write quickly and naturally
  • Attention to detail and ability to craft standout proposals
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Excel/Sheets, Upwork/Fiverr dashboards

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with agencies or digital service providers
  • Knowledge of CRMs or sales tools
  • Experience with cold outreach or prospecting
