Role Summary: The Senior Finance Executive will assist the Finance Manager in handling operational finance tasks across all regions. This includes supporting audits, taxation, legal compliance, and contributing to the preparation of accurate financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance operations for all regions (Pakistan, UAE, KSA, Egypt, and future expansions).
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT regulations, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Assist in coordinating with auditors and preparing schedules for annual and interim audits.
  • Help in the preparation and submission of tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax) for all jurisdictions.
  • Support in handling finance-related legal and regulatory matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
  • Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (ACCA/CA/ICMA partly qualified or finalist preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS, audit practices, and taxation in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-regional environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo experience will be an advantage) and MS Excel.
