Job Summary:

A Senior Finance Executive at Creative Chaos is responsible for managing financial operations, developing strategies, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Review monthly and quarterly tax statements.
  2. Prepare payroll and submit payroll taxes.
  3. Coordinate with support departments on financial matters.
  4. Review daily accounting transactions.
  5. Handle general accounting and purchase ledger tasks.
  6. Update and monitor bank records and transactions daily.
  7. Check the group inbox and voice messages.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Preferably MBA (Finance)/ ACCA or related qualification.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology firm.
  3. Experience in taxation matters (corporate tax, withholding tax, sales tax, income tax).
  4. Experience in petty cash handling and invoicing.
  5. Coordination with tax advisors for compliance.
  6. Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable.
  7. Knowledge of treasury management and SECP compliance.
  8. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs.
  9. Experience in Provident Fund and Gratuity management.
  10. Flexibility to work in shifts from 2 pm to 11 pm.
