Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to join our Business Development bidding team and help expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company, responsible for creating and implementing effective bidding strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable growth by increasing sales and building strong client relationships.

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end online sales for our services, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Bid effectively to generate a work pipeline, achieve targets, and ensure profitability through margins.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and team members to meet objectives.
  • Build and maintain a customer database, follow up on old leads as needed.
  • Interact with customers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client retention.

Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • A university degree; Masters in Computers or Business is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, self-motivated, and disciplined.
