We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Manager Test Planning and Execution.

Business: Deputy Group COO

Principal responsibilities

  1. Develop, maintain, innovate, and continually improve the Operational Resilience Testing Strategy and delivery roadmap, in line with regulatory requirements and business priorities.
  2. Provide SME support to entity Op Res, treat intelligence, and testing teams to ensure planning and testing are rigorous, challenging, and in line with current guidance.
  3. Support testing automation, looking for opportunities to mature and simplify activities in line with best practice.
  4. Oversee the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence at a Group level and support entity-level interpretation.
  5. Maintain and update the Group High-Level Threat Register and support ad hoc threat assessments.
  6. Lead the maintenance and updating of the Group scenarios library.
  7. Support the review, maintenance, and approval of the Group Testing Strategy, Plan & Framework.
  8. Identify industry, cross-business, and geographical tests to enhance resilience, and actively participate and lead engagements.
  9. Develop and execute scenario testing plans for the Group and Important Group Business Services.
  10. Embed and sustain Operational Resilience scenario testing across the Group, acting as a trusted adviser and SME.
  11. Analyze testing outcomes to drive insights that improve testing and resilience.
  12. Lead monitoring and MI reporting on testing observations and actions.
  13. Support vulnerability management, regulatory engagement, audits, and supervisory reviews.
