Technology Bench is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Developer to join our on-site team. This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our customer base—both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in proposal development and international RFP submissions, helping position Technology Bench as a preferred technology partner globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business leads through industry research, outreach, networking, and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage platforms such as Clutch, GoodFirms, and other international platforms.
  1. Proposal Writing & RFP Submission
  • Research and respond to domestic and international RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
  • Write, compile, and submit high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure proposals meet all submission requirements, deadlines, and formatting standards.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Understand client needs and challenges to offer tailored service solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, pipeline development, and account status.
