About the Role:

AIDEVGEN is seeking a dynamic Business Developer & Bidding Expert to join our team. As our go-to bidding expert, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing comprehensive bid proposals, and strategically positioning our company to win new projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every proposal aligns with our innovative solutions in AI, cloud computing, blockchain, metaverse, and full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end bidding process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads, industry trends, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather necessary project details, solutions, and expertise to craft compelling bids.
  • Create persuasive proposals that showcase AIDEVGEN's capabilities, technology expertise, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and optimize bid submissions to increase our win rate.
  • Track and analyze bidding outcomes, providing insights to improve future proposals and strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Represent AIDEVGEN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new business leads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a bidding specialist role within the IT or software development industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling proposals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and finance departments.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in business development or project management are a plus.
