Overview

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, providing financial leadership, and driving strategic financial planning to support business growth and sustainability.

Knowledge & Skills Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience of 15-16 years in senior financial management roles.
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and capital budgeting.
Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies)
  • Executing the company's financial strategy
  • Craft and implement a robust investment strategy that aligns with the fund's criteria, objectives, and risk profile. Keep abreast of market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making
  • Supervise the performance of the company's investment portfolio, conduct regular analyses, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize returns and minimize risks
  • Scout and evaluate potential acquisition targets that match the company's strategic goals. Lead the due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation processes to ensure successful and profitable acquisitions
  • Direct and develop a team of investment analysts and professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their effectiveness and professional growth
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis of various markets and industries to spot investment opportunities and assess their potential
  • Deliver regular updates on investment performance and market conditions to senior management and stakeholders. Produce detailed reports for both internal review and external communications.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external parties, such as investment partners and industry experts, to facilitate co-investment opportunities and enhance market understanding
  • Maintain and enrich relationships with investors, articulate investment strategies and updates, and address investor queries to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the investment management
  • Strategic planning and decision-making in REIT FUND and SPVs
  • Project evaluations for different REIT Projects
  • Oversight of International operations;
  • Oversight of Financial and Regulatory Reporting (local and International)
  • Reviewing financial statements of the Management Company, Funds and SPVs
  • Reviewing the cashflow forecast to ensure effecting liquidity management
  • Oversight of Implementation of ERP Projects
