About the Role:

Gadgets360.pk is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communication, confirming orders, posting orders on various portals, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to confirm their orders promptly and professionally.
  • Post and update confirmed orders across the designated online portals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication platforms.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers when needed.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain organized records of orders and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently across different platforms.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with order posting on online portals.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily operational targets.
