Intermark Products is urgently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to manage and lead the Lubricant portfolio for a prestigious multinational brand. The position involves selling specialized lubricants and greases to key industries such as oil & gas, port & shipping, and the power sector.

As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth through the development of new business opportunities and the maintenance of strong relationships with existing clients. You will be tasked with identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and negotiating terms to close sales effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of the lubricants market, and an ability to manage complex sales cycles with large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the sales efforts for lubricants and greases in the assigned markets, ensuring product offerings align with customer requirements.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, providing high-quality service and solutions.
  3. Negotiate deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to the leadership team to drive strategic decisions.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Business).
  2. 2-3 years of experience in the oil & gas, shipping, or power sector, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
  3. Strong selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close high-value deals.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients at various levels of the organization.
  5. Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple clients and projects effectively.
  6. A keen ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
