We seek an organized, detail-oriented M&A Operations Coordinator to support the Director of M&A Operations with administrative and operational tasks. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is vital for smooth operations and key M&A processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage Salesforce: Screen new account additions for alignment with investment criteria.
  2. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports in Salesforce, develop dashboards to track trends and activity.
  3. Presentation Support: Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.
  4. Review Commissions: Conduct initial reviews for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Survey Assistance: Support survey design, distribution, and analysis.
  6. Ad Hoc Tasks: Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Note: Responsibilities may change based on organizational needs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Salesforce experience, including custom reports.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working during Eastern Time (ET) hours.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive task management.
