We're hiring Operations Coordinator in Lahore.

Timings: Night Shift (USA-based timings)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the founder's schedule, priorities, and cross-functional workflows
  • Oversee daily business operations and team task execution
  • Serve as a central point of contact for partners, vendors, and team members
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems and project timelines
  • Drive marketing execution across social media, email, SEO, and content
  • Coordinate with creatives to develop brand-aligned materials and assets
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and help drive strategic decisions

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years in a similar role (bonus if you've supported a founder or C-level)
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to lead
