Business Development Executive

Sustain and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails.

Respond to incoming emails and telephonic inquiries professionally.

Record and update your daily sales and orders information which will be sent to the Team Leader before leaving the office.

Develop strategies for expanding the client portfolio and negotiate on prices and delivery to close your sales with new clients.

Respond to client emails after office timings - Can we work from the office or from home?

Review your own performance in order to aim to meet or exceed your monthly sales targets as set by the company.

Keep a strong follow-up with your clients, ensuring that no client is left unresponded.

Work in a team and as an individual, sharing your best practices with your colleagues.
