As the AM - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions within the organization. You will collaborate with department heads, oversee the recruitment process, and implement strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. This position involves managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, candidate-focused, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, from entry-level to senior positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates for future hiring needs and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a broad range of candidates are considered.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efforts.

    • Proven experience (4-6 years) in technical talent acquisition or recruitment in IT Industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HR databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
    • Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and using them to drive improvements.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
