Job Description:

Ashar Real Estate & Builders is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing client relationships, closing high-value deals, and contributing to the company's growth.

Job Specification:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and convert them into successful property sales.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure long-term business success.
  3. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide clients with accurate insights.
  4. Property Presentations: Conduct property tours, explain features, and highlight investment potential to prospective buyers.
  5. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms, prepare sales contracts, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.
  7. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and company regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  3. Skills:
    1. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Other: Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Strong network within the real estate industry is a plus.
