The Role: Analyst, Fulfillment - MI

The Team: The Candidate will join a team of motivated professionals. The fulfillment team is responsible for onboarding clients on multiple data delivery platforms. Onboarding includes processing Free Trials, New Sales, Renewals, Cancellations and Suspensions in a timely manner aligned to Service Level Agreement. The team works 24/5 and closely liaises with Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Product Managers to understand client requirements and configure entitlements and capabilities to suit client needs. Client onboarding is critical to client experience, servicing, and relationships, which impact ACV.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Account Managers to understand client requirements and configure client accounts with entitlements and capabilities based on the contract signed.
• Perform necessary checks before turning on/off client access.
• Process Free Trials, New Sales, Renewals, Cancellations and Suspensions in a timely manner in line with the Service Level Agreement.
• Ability to work on multiple entitlements processes.
• Coordinate with Order-To-Cash teams to onboard clients smoothly when required.
• Respond to information requests in a timely, professional and positive manner.
• Make quick decisions on client platform onboarding issues and access problems.
• Perform root cause analysis for client access issues and implement preventive solutions.
• Adapt to internal systems and applications.
• Proactively suggest process improvements using LEAN and Automation ideas and support their implementation to improve team efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills to effectively resolve Fulfillment cases.
• Ability to work well in a team with strong learning agility, creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Diagnostic mindset to assist internal stakeholders including frontline Commercial teams and Product Managers/Owners.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including Evening/Night Shifts.
• Able to work in a Hybrid setup.
