About The Role

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating their skills. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical requirements
  • Conduct usability testing and make iterative design improvements based on team feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
  • Contribute to the development of our design system and guidelines
What are we looking for and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative design solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Figma is required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
