We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's technology infrastructure, ERP system (Odoo), and web development activities. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's technology infrastructure, ERP system (Odoo), and web development activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-based systems, office networking, ERP optimization, and modern web technologies. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently to support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize Odoo ERP for seamless integration across departments.
  • Customize and integrate third-party plugins and ensure data accuracy and functionality.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of web-based applications and the company website (preferably using Next.js).
  • Implement eCommerce integrations (WooCommerce and Shopify) to streamline business operations.
  • Develop advanced website features and ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Set up, manage, and secure cloud-based web servers.
  • Oversee office IT infrastructure, including network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of cloud services and applications.
  • Leverage AI technologies and automation tools to enhance internal workflows and business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage small project teams or outsourced developers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, software development, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, Next.js, WooCommerce, and Shopify integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-based web server management (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of office networking, IT security, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Exposure to AI tools and their use in business process automation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in the gaming or eCommerce industry is a bonus.
